We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring a smooth rental process for all guests. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below before making your reservation.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• 48+ Hours before Start of Rental: No cancellation fee. Full refund available.
• 24-48 Hours before Start of Rental: The renter will be charged 1-day of rental fee for the reserved vehicle.
• Less Than 24 Hours / Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows: The renter is responsible to pay the first 2 days of the rental reservation.

How to Cancel Your Reservation

• All cancellations must be confirmed with a live Epic Jeep Rentals agent via phone or email.
• Voicemails do not count as a confirmed cancellation unless a team member has returned your call and confirmed the cancellation.

Mechanical or Operational Cancellations

Your safety is our priority. We maintain our vehicles to the highest standards but unexpected mechanical issues can occur.

• Epic Jeep Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to technical malfunctions or vehicle breakdowns without prior notice.
• Epic Jeep Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation if inventory is unavailable due to vehicle damage by a previous renter or accident that makes the vehicle unsafe for rental use. 
• If your rental is canceled due to unsafe vehicle conditions, you will not be charged, and we will work with you to replace or reschedule your rental if possible.

No-Show Policy

• If you fail to arrive for your rental at your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us ahead of time, you will be charged the full rental amount for that day.
• We highly encourage you to reach out as soon as possible if your plans change.

Modifications & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule your rental, please contact us via phone or email at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may result in a difference in rental rates depending on season.
